The owners of this 1920’s craftsman home wanted to create a slightly larger kitchen and add a screen porch. Without totally relocating the kitchen we were limited with our expansion to a small ‘footprint’ extending towards the driveway. Even though the added area was very small, it allowed just enough room to create a lovely new kitchen. We matched custom cabinet styles to the existing cabinets and used custom trim to match.

The rear screened porch included some lovely carpentry work using fir materials. The existing house foundation had a brick veneer for about 24″ which we carefully matched.
