We have moved along very well with the buildings we are constructing for the Gardens of Eagan in Greenvale Township. One of the buildings has the exterior metal siding and roofing completed, as well as windows and doors, and the concrete floor has been installed. The barn red siding color really imparts a ‘farm look’ to the buildings. The second building is coming along well too.
The interior of the packing shed is being finished with white metal panels. This creates an easy to clean, durable surface for the work that goes on in the building. We have a plastic air barrier in place on the framing and on top of that we are blowing in attic insulation. The building has great insulation values with rigid insulation under the concrete floor, and heavy wall and ceiling insulation. It should be a bright, warm place for the workers in short order.
