We finally have a good week to get after the site work at the Northfield Hospital office building! The work involves removing the existing parking lot and a portion of the cul-de-sac. We will then install new storm piping, concrete curbs and asphalt paving, creating a new parking lot. The hospital will have many more people working in the building and needed a larger parking lot. We’ve installed silt fencing an other measures to control silt and erosion while we are working on the project. This is especially important in that the work is being done right adjacent to the Cannon River.

We did manage to get the exterior painting completed late last week. The color of the siding changed from a barn red to tan.I think the tan color looks very nice with the green roofing materials on the building.
