Yesterday we started work on an expansion and remodeling for ArTech Charter School in Northfield. ArTech is a K-12 charter school that has been operating in Northfield for a number of years. They are growing and successfully educating children—an need more space! So, we were selected to work with Peter Schmelzer of Vivus Architecture to create that new space. The work is not without budget challenges as many projects are these days, but we have a good plan for classroom expansion that should work out well for ArTech.

Our first order of business was removing the existing photovoltaic panels. ArTech has utilized electricity generated from these photovoltaic panels and plans to continue to do so. We carefully removed the panels and stored them for reinstallation once the construction project is underway.
